Stephens County Middle School basketball recently played Franklin County. In 7th grade girls play, Stephens County beat Franklin County, 41-34.  Tynajiah Eades had 24 points. Stephens Co. BOE Elects Officers

At its meeting on Tuesday, the Stephens County Board of Education selected its Chair and Vice Chair for 2016. The board voted unanimously to keep Tony Crunkleton in the position of Chair and then also voted unanimously to keep David Fricks in the position of vice-chair. Also, the board voted to retain the same attorney for 2016.
