Bella Nails and Spa Holds Ribbon Cutting

A new nail salon opens its doors in Toccoa.

Bella Nails and Spa has opened its doors and celebrated Thursday with a Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce ribbon-cutting.

Chris Nguyen is one of the owners of the business.

He said that they offer a wide range of services.

“We do manicures and pedicures, from basic up to higher pedicures,” said Nguyen. “We do waxing, facials, everything that a nail salon does.”

Bella Nails and Spa is located on Big A Road, in the same shopping center as 17 Fitness.

Its hours are from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays.
