“Heritage Falls” Airs Sunday on INSP Network

A movie filmed primarily in Stephens County is scheduled for its TV debut this weekend.

According to INSP, “Heritage Falls” will premiere exclusively on the INSP Network on Sunday at 8 p.m.

Crews were in Toccoa and Stephens County earlier this year to film the movie.

It premiered with three showings last month at the Ritz Theatre at the Schaefer Center in downtown Toccoa.

Places in the film include downtown Toccoa, Stephens County High School, Camp Mikell, Toccoa Falls, and Trembly Bald, to name some.

“Heritage Falls” follows three generations of males in a family as they head into the wilderness for a rugged weekend excursion.

The INSP network’s Senior Vice President of Programming, Doug Butts, said that they are very excited to debut the film.

Referencing the filming in Toccoa, he said that the scenery plays a vital role in the story.

“Heritage Falls” was produced by INSP Films and distributed by Imagicomm Entertainment.
