SCHS Volleyball Drops Two Close Matches Tuesday

The Stephens County High School Lady Indian volleyball team will head back out on the road tonight, searching for its first victory of the season.

Tuesday, the Lady Indian volleyball team was in Cleveland to face White County and Rabun County in non-region play.

First, the Lady Indians fell to White County in three sets. The teams split the first two sets, with White County winning the first set, 25-21, and the Lady Indians taking the second set, 25-15. However, White County won the third and deciding set, 25-23.

Moving to the second match, Stephens County split the first two sets with Rabun County, dropping the first set, 25-17, but winning the second set, 25-14. However, the Lady Indians lost the third set, 26-25.

For the year, the Lady Indian volleyball team is now 0-4.

They play at Johnson High School today against White County and Johnson of Gainesville.
