Three Arrested on Drug Charges in Toccoa

Three people face charges after a drug investigation in Stephens County.

On Thursday, the Stephens County Sheriff’s Office and Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office conducted a search warrant at a Defoor Road residence.

As a result of that search warrant, authorities say they arrested 68-year-old Theodore Swilling, 57-year-old Bobby White, and 27-year-old Justin Holland, all of Toccoa.

Swilling was charged with Manufacturing Marijuana. White was charged with Possession of Crack Cocaine. Holland was also charged with Possession of Crack Cocaine.

Authorities say the search warrant came after a three-month drug investigation revealed that cocaine, marijuana, and other illegal drugs were being sold from the residence located on Defoor Road.

According to authorities, drugs seized at the residence included crack cocaine and marijuana and had a street value of about $4,350.

They say that additional charges are pending and at least one other person is currently wanted in connection with the investigation.
