Alcoholic Beverage Board Recommends Suspension Applebee’s Alcohol License

The Alcoholic Beverage Board for the City of Toccoa met last week and voted to recommend a 10-day suspension of Applebee’s license to sell alcohol as well as a $500 fine.

According to City Clerk Fredda Wheeler, this was a result of the Georgia Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms Agency issuing Applebee’s a citation for serving alcohol to an underage person back in April.
The suspension will begin May 20th and end June 9th if approved at the city commission meeting tonight.
