Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Makes Drug Arrests

The Rabun County Sheriff’s Office and the Appalachian Regional Drug Enforcement Office executed a search warrant at 4 Cotton Lane after a two-month investigation on June 7.

Rabun County Authorities found marijuana, schedule IV pills and a firearm hidden inside the residence along with additional schedule IV pills, a large amount of packaging material and scales hidden in the yard.

Jamee Boom Boom Doddridge, 34 and Gabrielle Elaine Gilly, 22 both of Clayton were arrested for Possession of Marijuana and methamphetamine and schedule IV narcotics with intent to distribute, along with possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.

The street value of the illegal narcotics was $400.  Doddridge and Gilly were transported to the Rabun County Detention Center.  This investigation is still ongoing and additional arrests are expected.
