Beehive Homes Holds Ribbon Cutting

A new personal care home opens in Stephens County.

Beehive Homes opened a location in Toccoa recently and on Thursday, it was welcomed to the community with a Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting.

The first residents have just moved into the facility, which will house up to 20 residents.

Care Manager Tina Cyr said they are excited to serve the community in Toccoa.

“We provide the services and amenities for senior living, assistance with activities of daily living such as medication management, assistance with bathing, assistance with ambulation,” said Cyr. “We also offer the amenities. It is an all-inclusive rate.”

The rate depends on the size of the apartment chosen and that rate includes furniture and all care like laundry services and housekeeping.

Space is currently available.

Beehive Homes in Toccoa is located on Rock Quarry Road, at the old Caudell’s Travelers Rest location. That is just off of Falls Road near Stephens County Hospital.
