The Toccoa Little League Rookie All-Stars Baseball team won the District 7 championship 12-6 in Hart County on Thursday night and will now advance to sectional play next week. The Toccoa Little League Sandlot All-Stars defeated Franklin County 6-5 on Thursday night and will face Franklin again tonight for the title.
