Chamber of Commerce hosts Ribbon Cutting for The TreeHouse

The Toccoa-Stephens County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting on Tuesday to celebrate the opening of a new facility- The TreeHouse at the Learning Tree Academy.

Logan Harris, Director of the Learning Tree Academy and The TreeHouse tells us about the new facility.

“It is a indoor play space whose mission is to provide a place where kids can play, learn, connect and grow,” said Harris. “We hope to further support the mission of The Learning Tree, which is where kids can come experience what it’s like for learning and loving to go hand-in-hand and where families can play together, learn together, connect and grow.”

The TreeHouse is open to the community Monday-Friday from 6-8 P.M. and Saturday from 10 A.M-8 P.M.

Harris says they are excited to share the TreeHouse with families in the community.

“We’d love for everyone to come and see what we have here,” said Harris. “It’s open to kids 1-9 and we welcome all families. If you have any questions, please feel free to give us a call, you can also find us on Facebook and Instagram.”
