Toccoa Residents Arrested in Banks Co.

Two Toccoa residents were among ten people arrested in Banks County last week.

According to Banks County Sheriff Carlton Speed, Banks County deputies executed a search warrant at an address on Wooded Lake Drive in Homer on Thursday after an extensive narcotics investigation.

Speed said on scene, two stolen vehicles were recovered, three firearms were discovered, and a trafficking amount of Methamphetamine was also found.

Among those arrested were Kelly Todd Fowler and Connie Ann Fowler, both of Prospect Road in Toccoa.

They were both charged with Possession of Methamphetamine.

All eight other people arrested on scene were also arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine.

A person listed as living at the address, Frances Annette Lewis of Homer, was also charged with Sale of Methamphetamine, Sale of Marijuana, two counts of Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, and Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon.

The Banks County Sheriff’s Office says that all ten people who were arrested were taken to the Banks County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Center.
